People always want to know what differentiates Reliant from other contract therapy providers. While we certainly have what I would consider to be a best in class proprietary operating, clinical and compliance model developed over the last twenty years, it’s the way we got to this point that distinguishes us from the rest. First, we’ve grown this business to over 40 states the hard way, the traditional way – by earning new business one building at a time. Reliant is an organic growth success story. We didn’t acquire our way to this size with all the challenges that come with integrating different business models and cultures. We have not been burdened with those kind of distractions, which has enabled us to focus on perfecting our clinical systems, pathways and the execution of how we deliver care consistently across all our sites. Secondly, we are fiercely independent – we’ve never been owned by a large skilled nursing chain parent. We focus on one thing and do it really well without any conflicts of interest or structural issues… we are the preeminent provider of contract therapy services for patients we serve on behalf of our skilled nursing and other provider facility partners.”
