Our proprietary Customer Relationship Management Program (CRM) provides a full suite of capabilities for developing and managing care. The CRM program also provides training for managers to cultivate deeper client relationships and drive increased client retention and satisfaction.

To this end, we work with you to ensure that each patient receives a comprehensive assessment and has accurate diagnostic coding and correct ADL scoring. In both current and future classification systems, whether traditional or managed, Reliant Rehabilitation proactively assists in analyzing and planning for rule changes.

Client Education & Industry Expertise

Onsite Leadership

WE provide a Director of Rehab as a key member of your facility’s management team. The DOR participates in your QA/PI process and attends daily stand-up key care management meetings, performing monthly chart audits to monitor/maintain documentation integrity. You’ll also receive support, including on-site visits, from the Regional Director of Operations. Our client portal provides further transparency and ability to track progress.
