CMS Makes Minor Revision and Issues New Transmittal on 2010 Therapy Cap Values
CMS has rescinded Transmittal 1851 that was issued November 13, and has issued a new, revised Transmittal 1860 that sets out therapy cap values for calendar year 2010.
The revised transmittal clarifies that contractors should update the Medicare Summary Notice within seven business days after receiving the transmittal rather than seven calendar days. No other changes were made to the transmittal.
